• Service is provided on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

• Most clients are away from home during service; as long as your dog is secured, we will get to work. The day before service, you will receive a text with your estimated arrival time. An arrival text and a gate-secured photo are sent after every service.

• After you request a quote, we will agree on the price and frequency of service. Payments are processed securely through our provider.

• As a complimentary service, any areas with wet residue are spot-sanitized using a veterinarian-approved disinfectant called Rescue Disinfectant.

• A deep sanitize, which requires a specialized hose attachment and cleaning tablets, is available as an add-on service. We take the time to fully soak your yard, reducing lingering smells and bacteria.

• Regular Station Maintenance: Emptying waste receptacles, replacing liner bags, and wiping down station hardware.

• Depot Restocking: Keeping headers fully stocked with high-quality roll or header poop bags so residents never run out.
